Often on this journey, we find ourselves unable to go on. Most of the time when we describe that phase of life we refer to it as being stuck. The only snag is that while we can be stuck and most of us have been, sometimes, the issue is not that we are stuck but that we have unconsciously stopped from moving forward.
How do you discern the difference between being stuck and stopping? What do you do to bridge the gap when you are stuck and what should you do when you realise that you stopped?
